The Supreme Court declined the appeals against the legality of building permits  that were issued for Section Three of Begin Rd. South in Jerusalem – a 1 Billion NIS project.  The Supreme Court accepted the arguments of the respondents, among them were Moriah Jerusalem Development Company Ltd., which conducts the project, and ruled that the zoning plan from 1990 is sufficiently detailed for the purpose of issuing building permits for the road, that the building permits will remain valid and that the road works will continue on schedule. Moriah was represented by Adv. Maya Ashkenazi and Adv. Hili Praiss of our office's Zoning and Planning practice.
