Our Antitrust practice is one of the largest, most diversified and highly respected Antitrust practices in Israel. Our practice offers full-service capabilities in all aspects of competition law from fundamental antitrust issues to the most complex challenges that affect our client's businesses. We advise our clients on governmental investigations, mergers and acquisitions, restrictive agreements, monopolization issues (abuse of dominant position) and others.
 
We analyze transactions, assess their competition concerns, and suggest solutions to avoid them. Our team represents clients before the Israeli Antitrust Authority (IAA) and other governmental agencies with respect to all regulation and administrative aspects. Additionally, we frequently represent our clients in litigation cases before the Israeli Antitrust Tribunal, in the Criminal Courts and before the Israeli Supreme Court.
 
We advise leading Israeli companies in a wide variety of industries including telecommunications (fixed, mobile, broadcasting), pharmaceuticals, energy, retail and food.
